				AP8 pliers?

Saw them first in Surfcasters Journal, then Saltwater Edge....From Hansom Tackle. Been looking for a decent pair with a reasonable pricepoint. Anyone used these? |

				 | Ross, they are nice looking pliers. But I don't get why you would spend $60 or $80 or whatever the price is for a pair of pliers.
For better than 20 years I have been buying needle nose pliers from Ocean State Job Lot for $2.99. A squirt of WD40 every now and then and they last 2 or 3 seasons.

I sharpen the cutter myself and it cuts FireLine and Spectron Master braid with ease.

				 | I also use those $5 Lowe's pliers and wd 40. When they rust out throw 'em out.
Those fancy pliers are nice looking though. I guess I am cheap.

				 | I got the Hansen's for Xmas from my sister after I dropped a hint to my BIL. They look great.. esp when I did not have to shell out the $60. |
