I Just
Finished smoking 2 bluefish, marinated in teriyaki, smoke with apple wood, freshly clipped. Had a Sam Adams or two and now half of one of those fish is missing. Man that was good! Try it, if for no other reason than to decimate those yellow eyed devils... I wouldn't steer you wrong here, it was seriously excellant!!
