That's one of only two pencil poppers I ever made. Stiffy owns it but won't fish it. I should never have given it to him if I knew it was gonna becaome a hanger queen.
The two stubbys are now destroyed but endowed with great memories of fishing with Numbskull, Tagger and Slingah.
