the players make more than the owners can afford to pay, but the owners are the ones who escalated the salaries...so, imho, the owners started it, now it can't be sustained, and the players are too...

Amen, After...you can say that about EVERY pro sport. Dilluted mediocrity being passed off as exciting. Watch a game(any sport) that you have no rooting/betting interest in and you see how the owners...
