Keep it simple. Motor off Ebay and a little plywood. It's more a flipper than a spinner :) . I think it's easier to attach the plugs. Light bulb for heat.

I use a product made for buisness "street" signs....
I use a product made for buisness "street" signs. It's a indestructable white plastic. Like plexiglass, but 1/4 inch thick, and it shapes easy. Mounts to the holder with wingnuts.
