Oh boy I think I am happy my fishing is now powered by a lithium battery and not gas. Let me know if anyone sees one of those $1.95 per gallon gas prices I have heard about😡.

Well just think about all of the campaign promises made about lowering cost of living expenses, the 5k doge check, the 2k tariff check, etc etc. the high gas prices are supposed to lower those costs… cant you see it?? ;)

Fill up today was painful, cost $1 dollar more per gallon than I paid the weeks before this little excursion started😡

$5.19 for Diesel in Tiverton today...ouch!

At least the stock market is over 50,000, oh wait just checked my phone, it's falling at the same rate the gas prices are going up, I need my golf course to open so I can get four hours of no news. Or water temperature to rise enough where I think I can get some largemouth bass feeding.

Not winning at all...the company I work for pays for my fuel.

How close is your course to opening?
While my meadows had almost no frost because we had some snow cover all winter, I’m assuming the course will wait as long as possible.

But I did suggest to the owner last year that he offer the superintendent a percentage of the profits prior to average opening date, we’ll see if that worked.

Being the first to open is as close to free money as you can get in the golf business and bumps up your memberships.
When it was a club it was always first to open by weeks.

I know to hear Trump and Pete whine about why Europe wont come clean up the mess he made. Wait when the global oil supplies run low and the straight remains closed, you better have deep pockets to run your boats.

Had a friend who was a Fan you know who ! suddenly claim he is now just a conservative using the logic. that Gas has only gone up a Buck. and the media is lying because. he hasn't paid more than 385 it's not over 4.00 bucks ( but would not talk about the why its up)

But this same person blamed the last POTUS when gas went up. when the country opened back up after covid


But he is newly retired not commuting anymore. so he thinks it isn't his problem .. :faga:

I know its not really helping my frustration, but I gas up at BJ’s every time I shop now, because the shock of how much its costing is less when it’s only ten gallons and not over 20. Might be playing more golf and traveling less to fish, can’t even imagine owning a boat or needing diesel fuel now.

Trump suggesting paying more for gas will allow everyone to drive less and stay home to enjoy some family time, great news for all you working stiffs, when that DOGE check gets to you, take the summer off to play ball with the kiddies.

$4.17 a gallon today, crap it will be over $100 soon to fill the tank, I am glad my truck got paid off in January at least that takes some of the sting out of the pain at the pump. Winning is hard.

We opened, at Franklin, April 6th.

Ok folks are stable genius has given us the answer to cope with the high price of gas, celibate we are winning too much and drive downhill to save gas. No you cant make that dumb sh*t up, next fill up will probably be over $100, but it is all uphill to get home crap.
