Picked it up today. Looking to put the boat on it tomorrow

The box has a lithium battery set up. For my electric winch. Spare has extra hub disk brakes on each torsion axle really well made custom trailer. Came set up for my Seahunt. Based on manufactured requirements and measurements

Good for you Wayne - Best of lucK with it

Maybe these stories will make your costs hurt less
In less than a month this fall, I blew out 2 Hubs....same wheel, ended up being a bad spindle from a mishap in Sandwich last year..:af: ....
Southbound on 138 in Middletown, during high traffic, that was fun...on a hill with no available parking to pull into. Sticking rocks behind the good tire and lowered the jack as far down as I could...tight road so you could feel the boat move as traffic passed by.. Thankfully the cop was cool and only threatened me a couple of times with an island tow if I didn't hurry up. Drove to Autozone, advanced auto and finally West Marine to get a replacement hub to change on the spot
The other time was fun too...taking the on-ramp from Fall River onto the VM bridge, you know that turn I'm sure....as soon as I came out of the turn, I heard something funky....looked in the side mirror and saw the tire wobbling...barely made it over the bridge and had to stop well before the light or the tire was going to fall off.

Had the axel, hubs and leaf springs replaced, for a little over a grand :hs: ....I was wondering if I made the right move, but the frame is still in great shape, and lights are, well you know...lights are lights :crying:

People ask why I continue to trailer....could be me, but I like to travel. Not sure I want to be confined to one area based on a slip or mooring. Still hoping to sneak out one last time before she goes into hibernation :heybaby:

It’s funny I had that trailer 14 years never had any issue with the hubs never even changed out the bearings this year. I had been saying all along. I was one bump away from it fallen apart and sure enough that’s exactly what happened. It basically rotted from the inside out and I like traveling with the fish are I don’t wanna be stuck in a marina either.

However, since I launch it by myself most of the time, I’m gonna have to formulate a new plan to deal with the bunk style trailer and getting it on and off
