hook grommets

How do you put in the hook grommets? drill the hole and do you epoxy them in or is there a tool to make them stay put. would appreciate any help thanks chuckie

:confused: :confused: Do you mean using a wire instead of a swivel?

I found a letter R drill and a little epoxy works for me.
